Ok, feel free to move/delete/merge, mods. I wasn't sure where this should go, Bazaar/Fashionista/Hey Whore etc, but since these products don't exist but are just random thoughts I had in the bathroom, here the thread is. I've posted this in another forum, but then I HAD to see what the MyGothers had to say about it.

*This came to me after I bought Goth Juice, missed out on Vampyre Veil, and realised that I was using plain sorbolene as a lotion.

I started thinking of the cool products I wish I had.

Like an all in one moisture/antiaging lotion I could refer to as 'embalming fluid'. It would be softening, have sunscreen, patchouli for scent and therapeutic value, AHAs for skin smoothing and whitening. And a tiny bit of white shimmer so you look pale and don't need makeup.
Just think, you could just wipe this on your face and body in the morning from one big-ass bottle, and you could leave the house without perfume/lotion/sunscreen/makeup/chemical peel etc. And providing you did it every day you wouldn't burn or age. Or smell.

Or a hairspray that you spray evenly all through your hair to style and fluff it out before a night on the town, and it colours your hair imperceptably you party so you're raven after a few goes. Beats the tint brush and 30 minute wait, and you wouldn't really get regrowth...

Or a bathbomb that fills the bathroom and your hair with a scent of nagchampa/cloves, turns the water blood red, and releases mock 'sugar skulls' formed of bath salts as it disintegrates.

Expensive things, but very cool. We need a lab... *

Well... there is spray on hair color, but I wouldn't recommend using it if you're going to be somewhere hot or wet. I've heard it runs. Hah. There's also colored hair gel.

Death serum. Like anti wrinkle bullshit but just slather it on and you look dead :)

Yeah, but I'm talking something you can style and blacken your hair with before going out, and far from running down your face, the heat and moisture of your dancing fixes it and develops it into a proper hair dye. You wash out the styling components and the excess dye, and you've got freshly done hair. You could even crash with it in and wash your hair during your morning shower, providing you have a black pillowcase. Is this product even possible? I must make it so! Man I need a mad scientists lab.

There actually is a hair gel marketed as 'black light sensitive' Kuroi, it's a brand sold in Australia called Got2Be, they might sell it in America or Canada too but I'm not sure. It didn't work for me though, I bought a blacklight globe and tried it out but saw no glowing.
Do you mean hair/body spray as like the scented body spray with some added glowage? Or merely pure spray on phosphorescence? Either way it sounds good, I used to have blue glitter bodygel that was musk scented, but I hardly ever wore it.

Also I want a skin whitening bath bomb. It would have oatmeal added to the dry ingredients because it exfoliates and whitens, buttermilk as the binding liquid because it softens skin and bleaches freckles, and a few drops of essential oil to get rid of spots.

Proper black fake nails. You can get short black ones that aren't long enough to cover real nails, and you can get checkered ones, but nothing else. I'm talking french nails, black with a white tip. Or red. Or any other colour really. Or black nailpolish that extends your nails, like lengthening mascara. That would be awesome.

Mmm, yeah. Those nails would be excellent. They could be thermoplastic, so you could apply them and warm them with a hairdryer to mould to fit the shape of your nails, and they could be cut to points or pierced with jewellry.

Ooh, and I once saw an ancient ad for a kohl stick, that said when you used it to line your eyes and darken your eyelashes it improved their health and made them grow thicker. Very old fashioned ad, like from the 1920s or whenever. You could do it, the grease of the stick could be a thick moisturising oil like coconut oil or cocoa butter, and it could have patchouli too because that's good for hair.

I may be in he minority, here, but I really hate the smell of patchouli. I used to hang out in Woodstock ALOT, and every other person I walked by seemed to have bathed in it or dumped the oil over their heads.
To me, it smells like spicy dirt...

Don't remind me x.x A friend last year with naturally sharp nail cut them into point, and she used my arm like a scratching post x.x I had battle scars the entire year, and it's also why I wear sweaters around her now XD

And I also love patchouli, and sandalwood x.x All I have are some leftover incense sticks from about two years ago lol

My skin is misbehaving something shocking.

I wish there was a foundation made with part kaolin, so it covered blotches, made you pale, and was like a purifying mud mask each day you wore it.

I wish there was such a thing, too, Sugar!

There is a compact with pressed powder by Cover Girl with chamomile in it, though. It smelled nice and helped calm grouchy skin.
I need a new one, myself...

I don't think the chamomile powder'd calm mine though... My skin needs valium ground into in it instead or something lol

They make mineral makeup though, and clay could be a mineral compound... It is agreed, we need a lab.

I want a shampoo that is mild and won't leech the red out of my hair, dammit. I know there are red shampoos out there, but NOTHING stops a nice shade of red from fading to a yucky orange in my hair eventually.

What brands of shampoo have you tried?
I just did a little research and a company called Surya Henna makes a shampoo line expressly for people who use henna dyes. The prices aren't that bad, either. About $6-8 for a 8.75oz bottle, but if you order online most places add shipping.
Haha, but you know that, Cybbie!

I do use henna, but it tends to add the orange tint to my hair sooner than chemical dye.

I can dye my hair any color of the rainbow and it will eventually turn orange. It's just the way my hair is. BUT, there has got to be a way to slow that process down. I don't shampoo every day because of this (shampoo strips away color), but what else can I do? GAH!

Shampoo is alkaline, so it'd pull the colour out. Have you tried a no-shampoo wash? That's where you simply rinse your hair with warm/tepid water to get rid of the extra oil, and scrub with your fingertips during to get rid of dead skin.

You can also do it by scrubbing conditioner into your scalp as if it was shampoo and leaving it for a few minutes, then rinsing it out really well. (Works by mixing with the oil, dissolving it and then carrying it out with the water) This is the one I tend to do now, because using shampoo as often as I need to wash strips my hair and makes it break.
