Ah, what I was thinking of was Edward Beale. I can't find a pic of the 'Hilite Brite' blonde shampoo, so imagine this in purple.

I just got that chocolate one, I kind of regret that as it was expensive and the perfume is way strong. But I've used it before ages ago, I'll see if it's as good on my hair as I seem to remember.

Been looking for blue or purple shampoo for about a week now and can't find any. Catie, if I can't find any in the next Sally's I go to, do you think I might have a bit of luck at Ricky's the next time I'm in NYC?

It's called SHIMMER LIGHTS and it comes in purple for blonde hair to get rid of brassy tones and... RED to enhance brown hair to give warmer tones. Available through SALLY SUPPLY.
Money is the root of all evil.
For more information, send $10 to me!

I've started it now, it's ok. But I'd forgotten how strong the perfume was  Whoo! I'm used to plainer cheaper stuff. The conditioner is really rich, so you'd need to rinse it out well and you don't really need to use serums/leave in after that.

It's not super holding gel, Malf. I hope you're not looking to do some intense 'dos 'cause it's not that kind of gel.

Ok, halfway through the bottles of chocolate shampoo now. The shampoo is really silky and sudsy, you don't need heaps. And the conditioner is really rich, so unless you have hair my length you don't have to use serums or leaveins. Sometime I even get away with not using them if I comb slowly and gently.

Cons. The scent is a bit overpowering, and while it's ok smelling it's not quite chocolatey. And rinse the conditioner out well, or your hair will be greasy. Best to just put it on the lengths and not your scalp (or on your lengths and just the barest swipe on the top of your head, if you shower and get frizzies.) I think this would be good for people with dry or curly hair, because it makes my fine hair really sleek but also a bit flat because it's so smooth. You know what I mean.

My skin is misbehaving something shocking.

I wish there was a foundation made with part kaolin, so it covered blotches, made you pale, and was like a purifying mud mask each day you wore it.

Weirdly enough.. I've found a tinted spot cream that contains salicylic acid and kaolin, and covers like concealer. It also has mineral oil in it, so it's not as savagely effective as I'd like.. but it's probably better for skin than actual concealer makeup, and if I pat it in really well it blends. Natio Young I believe. But don't get Clearasil if you're pale, it a tan colour.
